We recently had Mike and Mary, and their showroom staff, help us plan and execute a major kitchen (and much more) renovation. They were extremely helpful and supportive, from the planning stages through to completion. Their trades people performed consistently professional, excellent work. The core crew of Dan and Brendan were always very conscientious, considerate and caring about the quality and outcome of their work. They are an especially dedicated, energetic crew. Whenever any question about a choice to be made regarding the project mid-stream, Dan would always make a point to stop and consult with us before committing to any unforeseen change. They always attempted to minimize the disruption to our daily home routines in spite of such a major project. Even the clean-ups of the construction zones performed at the end of each work day was a nice touch.
Many thanks and much appreciation for the high standards of workmanship and customer support. I would definitely recommend Family Home Improvements to anyone considering future upgrades or full home renovations.
