We would like to thank the entire Family Home Improvement staff for all of the work and assistance that they provided from the first day in early October 2020 when we walked into the office/showroom until last week when the bathroom restoration work was pretty much completed.
We always felt very comfortable when speaking to the ladies in the office! We were impressed in the way that Mike explained all of the details in the work proposal and how he and/or Mary visited our home each day that work was taking place to ensure that "all was well".
We were very much impressed with the two workers that did the physical restoration work in our bathroom! Jordan and Garrett are excellent workers who always had the time to answer any of our questions (we had many) and their workmanship is the best that we have ever seen.
These guys are a great team...hang on to them Mike!
So again we want to say "Thank You" to all of you for providing us with a wonderful new bathroom.
